Love the room, perfectly clean, neat and everything is new, great view from the room. Friendly staff and shuttle services to get to hirafu. love the fried chicken in the resto. just a perfect small hotel.

“Wonderful stay and experience”
Location is close to the main area, with an excellent shuttle service. The restaurant was very good- nice free breakfast daily, even had dinner and lunch there a couple times. Very good. Staff was knowledgeable of the area and everyone spoke good English! Really helped make our stay great!

“Awesome ski trip”
I recently stayed at Always Niseko with my partner for 10 nights. This hotel well and truly met all of our expectations. The bus service to the gondola was absolutely worth every cent to stay in this location and to avoid having to lug our ski gear up the hill to the lifts everyday. Buses were on time to the minute every day and we were even able to flag our driver down one night between stops as we were running late and would have missed the bus. All drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. We would purely stay at this hotel again to have the bus service available. Lovely clean and modern hotel with a great restaurant down stairs. Breakfast was lovely every morning but the dinner menu could use a few more options to mix it up. Our room was a great set up with plenty of storage to empty our suitcases and store cases out the way under the bed. Only downfall was the bed was quite hard and pillows were very flat and hard. Beautiful clean bathroom with plenty of room and storage.

“My best snowboarding lodging experience !.”
The reception is communicative, shuttle is at clear 30 minute interval with breakfast as in real breakfast not just cereal & milk but with chicken among others. I also like that the room is clean and water is very strong with good water and room heater. The elevator is very fast and corridor clean without smell. Internet can be improved though except if you need to really talk to somebody then you have to stand on the corridor. Overall i love it !

“ Everything was absolutely perfect! ”
Everything was absolutely perfect! We had an incredible trip. The staff were very helpful, locations not right in the centre but it’s not an issue with the bus system they run so well. Rooms were really nice size and great amenities. View of Mt. Yotēi was stunning. Great breakfast, really could not fault a thing. We can’t wait to come back and stay!

“Good value of money!”
I booked on the last minute and it was the best price around the area. But I think it would be cheaper if you plan ahead. Anyways, I like the room size. It's not too small for two and the location is quite okay because we rent a car, so we can drive to everywhere within 15 minutes. The breakfast was great, they got everything we needed.

“Loved Always Niseko.”
Nice little hotel that's well designed. Feels homely and the room is spacious. I was very excited when I first arrived. I liked that I could see snow outside my window. Beds were comfy and the temperature of the room was well controlled. Breakfast was not too bad either, considering I stayed for five days, I ate well.
