“Couldn’t recommend enough”
Always Niseko is in a perfect location to enjoy everything the Niseko area has to offer. The service from the staff was incredible and never faltered throughout the whole process. Special shoutout to Kai and George for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. The shuttle made the experience of getting around seamless and the restaurant covered all bases, including the inclusive breakfast that let us get out there to enjoy things more. “Truly exceptional hospitality.”
I can't recommend this hotel enough. The location is good, the free breakfast is tasty, and the daily shuttles to the ski lifts run like clockwork. But the highlight of the trip was definitely the customer service. When we ran into trouble on our departure day and missed our transfer, the team stepped up immediately. A huge shoutout to Claudia, who didn't stop until she found us a ride, and to Mudge for driving us to the bus stop in the nick of time. Truly exceptional hospitality. Our room also had a great view of Yotei.

“Outstanding stay, very enjoyable and would book again.”
The breakfast was fantastic and the perfect way to start a day of skiing. You are welcome to enough coffee and food as you desire before hitting the slopes. Also, the menu changes from day to day so it keeps it fresh. The staff is very kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist you with your stay or provide helpful information about travel to other parts of Japan. Although the location is about a 20 min walk from the main base area there are many shuttles and buses available for transport. 10/10 would book again.
The washer/dryer wasn’t such a great dryer. That was probably my own fault as I may have put in too many clothes.

“Awesome stay here.”
Close to town and shopping. 15 min walk or catch a ride into town or the mountain on one of the transfer buses offered by Always Niseko. The restaurant downstairs has awesome food and the breakfast included was exactly what we needed before hitting the slopes. Definitely recommend this place.
